The rule in one sentence

Every year, GPhC-registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians submit four CPD records (at least two of them planned learning), one peer discussion record and one reflective account through myGPhC, at least two months before their registration expires.

Breathe. Here’s your plan, week by week.

The GPhC reviews the records you submit at renewal. If they're in RiverCPD, everything is in one place, in the GPhC's record types — so being selected is an afternoon, not a week of evenings.

What about myGPhC?

You submit your records through myGPhC, but myGPhC only shows the last four years and records can't be downloaded. Keep your own copy in RiverCPD, and download it whenever you need it.
