What a good GPhC CPD record looks like
Every year, GPhC-registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians submit four CPD records (at least two of them planned learning), one peer discussion record and one reflective account through myGPhC.
What a good reflection shows
A good CPD reflection shows three things: what you learned, what you now do differently, and who benefits. It's specific: it names the change and, where you can, the result. A weak reflection describes the activity. A strong one describes the change in your practice.
