Website terms of use
These terms cover your use of the rivercpd.com website. Using the RiverCPD app, web app or Control Panel is covered by separate terms: the terms for professionals, or the terms for associations and employers. Last updated 19 October 2026.
1. Who we are
RiverCPD is run by Senior Internet Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 03901114. Registered office: Gothic House, Barker Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1JU. VAT number GB 764 3912 14.
Contact us at hello@rivercpd.com.
2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You may view, download and print pages for your own use, or to share with colleagues deciding whether to use RiverCPD. You may link to any page, as long as the link is fair and doesn't suggest we endorse you.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Forms on this website
When you join a waiting list, book a call or request an instance, please give accurate details. How we use what you send is explained in our privacy notice.
4. What you must not do
- Use the website in any way that breaks the law, or for fraud.
- Try to get into any part of the website, its server or database that isn't meant for you.
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the website with a denial-of-service attack.
- Copy large parts of the website by automated means, such as scraping, without our written permission.
- Send us other people's personal details through our forms without their agreement.
If you break these rules, we may stop you using the website and report you to the police.
5. Regulator information, guides and comparisons
Our requirements pages, deadlines calendar and guides summarise what regulators and professional bodies publish. We check them against the regulator's own pages, but rules change. Your regulator's current guidance always takes priority, so check it before you rely on anything here. Nothing on this website is legal or professional advice.
Our comparison pages describe other products using facts from their own public websites. We say where they're stronger. If something is out of date, email hello@rivercpd.com and we'll correct it within five working days.
6. Prices
Prices on this website are for information. Your price is the one in your order or agreement with us. Prices for organisations are shown without VAT; prices for individuals include VAT.
7. Who owns the content
We, or the people who license content to us, own the copyright and other rights in this website and everything on it. RiverCPD is our trade mark. Regulators' names and logos belong to them, and using them doesn't mean they endorse RiverCPD.
8. Links to other websites
We link to regulators, professional bodies and other sites for your information. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
9. Our responsibility to you
If you use this website as a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don't affect. We are not responsible for any loss you could not have expected, or for any business losses.
If you use this website for your organisation, we exclude all liability for loss or damage from using or relying on it, as far as the law allows. That includes loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check them when you use the website.
11. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you are a consumer outside the UK, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be excluded.
