The rule in one sentence
Every registrant must complete CPL every year covering all the core learning elements for their part of the Register (7 or 8), including mandatory trauma and child/adult protection learning, keep a record, and confirm this in their annual declaration — no minimum hours are specified.

Help with reflection
The coach asks what you learned and how it changes the way you work. You write the answer.
Breathe. Here’s your plan, week by week.
CPL endorsement is a random check, not a sign of concern. You will be asked to show how your year's learning maps to the core elements and the mandatory trauma and protection learning, then talk it through with your supervisor, who confirms it. The SSSC does not otherwise ask to see your record.
What about MySSSC?
If you're selected for CPL endorsement, you submit through MySSSC. The SSSC's MyLearning app is optional: keep your learning in RiverCPD through the year instead, and download it when you're asked.
