Help with reflection
The coach asks what you learned and how it changes the way you work. You write the answer.
Breathe. Here’s your plan, week by week.
Each year around 5% of APC holders are randomly selected for recertification audit and notified by email. You submit your Recertification Record, reflections and CPD evidence for the previous practising year; there is no Board fee.
What about the Board's templates?
The Board asks for your Professional Development Plan on its own template, and a Recertification Record if you're audited. Keep your hours and reflections in RiverCPD across the three years, ready to transfer when you're selected.
