The rule in one sentence

Practising occupational therapists must maintain the Board's own online ePortfolio across a two-year cycle starting 1 April, attest at APC renewal, and about 10% of eligible practitioners are audited yearly, mostly risk-based.

Do I have to use the Board's ePortfolio?

Yes. The Occupational Therapy Board requires its own online ePortfolio, and that's the record it accepts, so record your CPD there. The Board's own guidance is linked above.
