The rule in one sentence
ACCA members on the unit route complete 40 units of CPD each calendar year, at least 21 verifiable, and every member submits an annual CPD declaration via myACCA by 1 January.

ACCA's CPD review is a statistical sample, drawn every year. It asks you to show that what you did was relevant and applied, not to justify every hour. If your evidence for the 21 verifiable units is to hand, the review is straightforward.
What if my association has its own platform?
ACCA doesn't tie you to a platform, and accepts CPD done through other IFAC bodies' programmes. Record in RiverCPD, keep evidence for your verifiable units, and download it if you're sampled. The declaration itself goes through myACCA.
