RiverCPD runs your members' CPD scheme under your rules, in your brand, with the login your members already have. Members record CPD on their phones, helped by an AI coach. Your team sees who's on track, nudges the ones who aren't, and runs audits in days.

Professional bodies have run their CPD schemes on RiverCPD since 2019. At the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), 82% of members recorded CPD in 2025, and more than 4,000 members sign in with their BPCA login.

• Members don't record. RiverCPD makes it a two-minute job: photograph the certificate, answer the coach's questions, done. Reminders and your announcements reach members on their phones.
• Your team drowns at renewal. Members' records are already in, and progress against your targets is visible for every member.
• Audit is a paper chase. RiverCPD samples members at random, collects their submissions, and gives your auditors every entry in one place, with AI triage that flags where to look first. Your auditor decides every outcome.

It works whether your scheme counts points or hours, judges the quality of reflection, or does both.

• Year one: £0. The full platform, mobile app, AI coach, Control Panel, set-up and support. No card, and no commitment to year two. We take on ten new associations a year on this basis.
• From year two: £6 per member account per year, plus VAT (£7.20 including VAT). The minimum is £1,500 a year. Over 5,000 accounts, we'll quote.
• You pay only for members with an account. With single sign-on, an account is created the first time a member signs in with your login, so members who never sign in cost nothing. If you import your whole membership, everyone you import is billed from year two.
• Included: set-up from your CPD policy, importing your existing records, single sign-on (or a MemberWeb portal if you don't have one), and support by phone and email in UK hours. Pay monthly or annually.

We build your categories, targets, audit rules, export templates and quality standard, in your brand. Here is what we need from you.

• Hosted in the UK, on Microsoft Azure (UK South). Your members' data sits in your own database, separate from every other association's.
• We hold no passwords: members sign in with your login, and your staff sign in with one-time email links.
• The AI coach is processed in the EU, with names removed, and nothing is used to train a model.
• You are the data controller and we are your processor, under our data processing agreement. Our sub-processors are published.
• Cyber Essentials certified. Your data protection officer will find more detail on our security page.

• A month before year one ends, we send you your uptake and completion figures and your price for year two, so you decide on your own numbers.
• If you don't continue after year one, there is nothing to pay, and you can have all your data back.
• Members can export their own records at any time. If you leave later, we'll give you a full export of your scheme's data.
