RiverCPD and CPDme compared
CPDme is a personal CPD portfolio app for individuals and employer teams, linked to more than 120 CPD standards, with a corporate plan for organisations. RiverCPD is the platform an association runs its own CPD scheme on: its rules, its brand, its members' existing login and its audits. The biggest difference is the AI. CPDme's assistant, CPDassist, helps draft reflections and entries. RiverCPD's coach asks questions and never writes a reflection.

Why the AI difference matters
Regulators want your own words
In 2026 the GPhC said it isn't appropriate to use AI to create full revalidation submissions, and the RCGP advised against AI writing reflections, while accepting AI prompts for your own thinking. The HCPC says a CPD profile must be your own work. RiverCPD's coach was built to that rule.
