Deleting your RiverCPD account

In the app. Open RiverCPD, go to Profile and choose Request account deletion.

On the web. Sign in to RiverCPD, open your Profile and choose Request account deletion.

Your account is deleted 10 working days after you ask, unless you cancel first. Your organisation can have it done sooner. We'll email you when it's done.

Email dataprotection@senior.co.uk. Tell us the name of your professional body or employer and the email address on your account. We pass your request to your organisation within 5 working days, and delete your account within 10 working days of their written instruction. If you use one of our sector platforms, where we run the scheme ourselves, we delete it within 30 days.

Your account and everything in it: your entries, evidence files, goals, AI Coach records and notifications.

• Copies in our database backups, removed within 35 days.

• Security and error logs, deleted after 30 days.

• Technical copies of AI replies, deleted after 90 days.

• Senior Internet's own record of anything our staff did on your account, kept no longer than 6 years after your organisation's agreement with us ends.

• What you wrote on other people's records stays there without your name: comments on entries you reviewed, goals you set as a manager, audit decisions you made, and messages and announcements you sent as an administrator.

• Anything your organisation exported before your account was deleted, which they may keep under their own legal duties. You can ask them about it.

Deleting your RiverCPD account doesn't end your membership of your professional body, or your account on its sign-in portal. On a sector platform, we delete your registration-site account too, unless you use it for another of our platforms, when we'll ask you first.

You can also delete single entries, files, goals and tags without deleting your account.
